WHAT IS A PERSONAL CHEF SERVICE?
First and foremost, it is a meal-replacement program, primarily focused on dinners.
Not only is it a replacement for the same-old, bland, boring food you’ve been eating for years, it also replaces the daily grind of shopping and cooking with something we all long for… our time.
One of the best benefits? Unlike dining out, your personal chef comes to you!
This trained culinary professional develops a menu and meal plan tailored for your desires and needs. The Chef does all the shopping, cooks one to two weeks’ worth of meals in your home, places them in ready-to-go containers, and leaves behind a pristine kitchen along with detailed instructions on how to re-heat your daily meals.
It’s that simple, and can be repeated as often as you like.
Though it should be noted. Most Chefs have a finite schedule and maximum number of clients they can serve. So if you find a Personal Chef you love, you’ll want to routinely engage them and stay on their schedule!

We'll talk on the phone and discuss if a meal-replacement service is right for you. If it is, you'll choose one of my Plans, then...
STEP 1: GETTING TO KNOW YOU
I’ll visit your home and help you fill-out a comprehensive food questionnaire. We’ll evaluate your food storage needs, preferred cook days/times and basic logistics such as how to access to the kitchen.
This visit not only helps me determine your dietary and flavor profile, it’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll be visiting your home frequently and we’ll get that ‘stranger’ awkwardness out of the way early.

STEP 2: MENU CREATION
A customized meal plan will be created for you. Whether you prefer heart-healthy, low sodium, vegetarian, organic, region-based foods, etc., each recipe with be tailored to you. My goal is to satisfy the hunger for comfort foods AND create fresh fare with a contemporary twist. We’ll review the menu and once approved, on to --

STEP3: COOK DAY
I’ll arrive with the finest and freshest selections of produce, fish, meats, poultry, and all the professional tools and equipment needed. Meals will be packaged according to your preferences, in single, double or family-sized containers, and labeled with the date and reheating instructions. The only evidence left behind will be a sparkling kitchen and the amazing aromas of home-cooked meals.
This generally takes about four hours and you do not have to be at home.
STEP 4: ENJOY!
Enjoy your delicious meals in the coming days! Wash and store your containers so they can be used the next time.
STEP 5: EVALUATE & ADJUST
Each client menu includes a rating/feedback scale. I’ll use this information to fine-tune your meals so you’ll get exactly what you want time-and-time again.
